She has worked with multinational clients from the UK, US, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Australia, helping them to build unique organisational cultures that align with their strategic goals.
Joining The Culture Factor Group as an Associated Practitioner in 2017, Jaime has supported clients like national energy companies, a technology service provider, and a global maritime solutions provider. She started her career at Accenture, followed by internal and external consultancy roles with industry leaders such as BP and BASF.
